Thank you for your interest in the Heart & Grace Therapy Caregiver Support Group! This 6-week virtual group is designed to provide caregivers with a supportive space to connect, gain practical tools, and prioritize their own emotional well-being while caring for someone they love.
The group begins Wednesday, October 7, 2026, and meets from 6:00–7:30 PM. Participants must be 18 or older and currently reside in Maryland or Washington, DC.
While each session is designed to build upon the previous week, you are not required to attend all six sessions.
Cost: $40 per session or insurance. We accept select BCBS, UHC, Aetna, and Cigna plans, subject to eligibility and group therapy benefits. Limited sliding-scale and pro bono options may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship or whose insurance is outside of our current networks.
What Happens After You Register?
Completing this form is the first step and does not confirm your enrollment in the group. After you submit the form, a member of the Heart & Grace Therapy team will contact you to review your information, verify insurance benefits or payment arrangements, and discuss any requested financial assistance.
Before joining the group, you will also be required to complete the appropriate intake and consent forms through our secure client portal. Your registration will be finalized once all required documentation and payment/insurance arrangements have been completed.
As a participant, you will also receive a complimentary e-book copy of Future Care Planning for Your Loved One by Brittany Golding, LICSW, LCSW-C, which includes additional tools and resources to support you throughout your caregiving journey.
