Service Hours:
Are based on each therapist’s individual availability for client sessions. Our clinicians offer a range of appointment times to include evenings and weekends. Because each therapist maintains their own schedule, availability may vary.
Our Administrative Hours refer to the time when our support team is available to assist with
non-clinical needs such as scheduling, billing questions, paperwork, or general inquiries. During these hours, you can expect timely responses to messages, voicemails, and emails.
