Healing through compassion, connection, and community
HEART & GRACE THERAPY

Fees
Our goal is to make therapy both accessible and supportive — meeting you where you are, with heart and grace.
At Heart & Grace Therapy, we believe therapy should be accessible and transparent. We are currently in the process of credentialing with major insurance panels to make it easier for clients to use their insurance benefits for mental health services.

While we complete this process, all sessions are considered private pay at this time. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA accounts. Session rates vary based on the type of service provided (individual, couples, or family therapy).

We’ll update our website once insurance billing becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to expand access and make care more affordable for all.

Out-of-Network (OON)
If your insurance offers out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for sessions. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We encourage you to confirm with your insurance provider on your OON benefits before services are initiated.

Your Rights Under The No Surprise Act
The No Surprises Act is a federal law that protects consumers from unexpected medical bills. At Heart & Grace Therapy, we believe in full transparency of costs and services. Although our practice is currently operating as private-pay (with superbills available for OON reimbursement), the NSA still underscores your rights to receive a good faith estimate of costs and to avoid being billed unfairly for services covered under your insurance and the law. For more detailed information, you can visit the official CMS guide here: “No Surprises: Understand Your Rights Against Surprise Medical Bills”

Cancellation & Missed Appointments
We value your time and commitment to your healing journey. To avoid a late cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may incur the full session fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.
