Cancellation Policy

Registration & Confirmation Submitting your registration through this page reserves your requested spot but does not complete the clinical intake process. Once your registration is received, you will receive an email from support@heartandgracetherapy.com confirming your registration and providing next steps. Group space is limited. If all available spots have been filled, you will be notified and given the option to join our waiting list. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee future enrollment. TherapyPortal & Intake Forms To protect your privacy, all clinical intake forms, documents, secure communications, and virtual group therapy sessions are completed through TherapyPortal. After your registration is confirmed, you will receive instructions for accessing or creating your TherapyPortal account. All required intake and consent forms must be completed before participating in your first group session. Payment & Insurance All applicable group fees, insurance co-pays, co-insurance, or other client-responsibility amounts must be paid prior to participation in the group session. If you plan to use insurance, we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company before the group begins to verify your behavioral health benefits and coverage specifically for group psychotherapy. Coverage for individual therapy does not necessarily mean that group therapy is covered. Heart & Grace Therapy may also verify benefits as a courtesy; however, verification of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage or payment by your insurance company. Participants are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by their insurance plan. No Refund Policy All group therapy registration fees and payments are non-refundable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, early departures, scheduling conflicts, or a participant's decision to discontinue the group after enrollment. If Heart & Grace Therapy cancels a session or is unable to provide a scheduled service, participants will be notified regarding any applicable rescheduling or account adjustment. Participation Because group therapy relies on consistency, trust, and connection among members, participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time. Participants are also expected to protect the privacy and confidentiality of other group members.
